Week 3:
Skipped workouts on Tuesday and Friday. Saturday did a long run of 5 miles in 51:10. Ran 3 miles on Thursday in 28:22. Ran 4 miles on Wednesday in 43:30. Having some pain in my left knee...trying to remember to ice.
Christmas:
Christmas was good. Pedro and I stayed up til 1am playing Santa. Dog tired by the time we finished. We had some friends come over in the evening. They brought tamales and ponche. Yum yum and yum. We played Just Dance and had lots of fun.
Papi:
Pedro's dad is still in the hospital. They successfully removed one of the tumors on his spine. Hopefully that will alleviate some of his pain and it will lessen the danger to his spinal cord. He has advanced prostate cancer. We're trying to get Pedro down there to see his dad hopefully in January. It's a lot to take in and process.

Sounds like a fun Christmas. Sorry about Pedros dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you guys. I hope you he can get there to see his dad.
